Background
Cabinet is an all-in-one software platform for Executive Assistants and business partners. The platform provides scheduling tools, executive CRM, calendar audits, and back-up coverage features designed to help EAs schedule, connect, and lead with confidence.
Cabinet had no email marketing infrastructure when they brought me on. As a SaaS product focused on retention, they needed more than just a newsletter. They needed nurture campaigns that would keep users engaged and reduce churn. The challenge was building an entire email program from scratch while growing an audience that didn't exist yet.
I built their complete email operation in Mailchimp, starting from zero subscribers. This included creating multiple automated sequences designed specifically for user retention, establishing a consistent newsletter cadence, and growing the list organically. Over the course of our three-year engagement, I developed nurture campaigns that kept users connected to the product and reduced the likelihood of cancellation.
