Background

Pazona MD is a Nashville-based urology practice founded by Dr. Joseph Pazona, a board-certified urologist with over two decades of experience. The practice specializes in minimally invasive procedures including vasectomies, treatments for weightloss, and hormone optimization.

When Pazona MD brought me on, they had no marketing infrastructure. No CRM, no consistent lead generation, no central marketing person managing their efforts.
